My Disney Experience & Magic Bands
If you are staying at a Disney owned resort, the names and email addresses you give us to put on your reservation must exactly match the names and email addresses you have on your "My Disney Experience" profile and the names and email addresses you have attached to any dining reservations. Do not attempt to link your resort reservations or dining reservations unless you are sure your profile information is an exact match. The "My Disney Experience" and "Magic Bands" programs are outside of our rental agreement and any inconsistencies must be handled directly with Disney.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the complexity of the point system and the fact that we may have to bank or borrow points in order to secure your reservation, cancellations / upgrades / date modifications are not permitted. The lead guest name must also remain the same due to a rental agreement between the guest and our company. However, you may add or delete the additional guests listed in the room with you.
If there are any changes or additions needed to your reservation - adding another guest, updating address information, adding a dining plan - please notify us as soon as possible. We are unable to make any edits to reservations once you are within 30 days of check in.
Complimentary Airport Transportation
When staying at a Disney owned property, guests are eligible for Disney's Magical Express service which provides transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport. You must request Magical Express transportation 30 days prior to your check in date by using this form on Disney's website: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation. We cannot guarantee the successful booking of Magical Express if the request is not made before the 30 day check in window. If you already have a reservation through the Magical Express and your flight numbers have changed, please contact Magical Express at 866-599-0951 and have them update this information. Magical Express reservations are not available when stating at a Wyndham property.
In order to process your request for the dining plan, we will need to get your credit card information from you to pass along to DVC Member Services. Do not send this information through email as it is not secure. Please call us at 774-4MY-LDV9 (774-469-5389) so that we may take this information in confidentiality from you. We will then contact DVC Member Services and have them process the request for you. If you are not comfortable providing your credit card information over the phone, you will need to purchase a Disney Gift Card. For the ease of booking, we request that you purchase no more than 4 Disney gift cards per dining plan. We require at least 30 days notification prior to your check in date in order to add a dining plan. Once added, it cannot be canceled. We cannot guarantee the successful adding of dining plans if the request is not made before the 30 day check in window. Dining plans are not available when stating at a Wyndham property.
Advance Dining Reservations
You do not need to be staying at at Disney owned resort to make dining reservations. However, if you are staying at a Disney owned resort, advanced dining reservations can be made 180 days before your check in date by calling (407) WDW-DINE. Guests staying at a Disney Resort can book reservations for each night of their stay starting 180 days in advance of their arrival. Park tickets are required if the restaurant you wish to eat at is located inside a theme park.
Daily housekeeping can be arranged and paid for at time of check in. Because these resorts are categorized as timeshares, daily service is not complimentary.
You will not be entitled to any annual pass discounts, park entry discounts, merchandise discounts, or restaurant discounts unless you are a current DVC member who receives these perks. If you'd like access to these discounts, you'll have to become an owner of the Disney Vacation Club, which typically costs tens of thousands of dollar. You will, however, receive all the perks and benefits of any other guest staying onsite at a Disney owned resort - such as free transportation aboard all Disney busses and extended magic hours. If staying at a Wyndham Bonnet Creek, we suggest using Uber or taking their shuttle for a nominal fee to Disney Springs - from there you can catch a free Disney bus. Shuttle service is also offered from Wyndham Bonnet Creek to the Disney Theme Parks for a nominal fee.
